Devon Miller
Devon Miller practices primarily in the areas of corporate law, real estate and estate planning, including commercial litigation, transactions, and general business law.
Devon was born and raised in Provo, Utah, where he graduated from Timpview High School in 1991. After spending two years as a missionary in Southern Germany and Austria, Devon returned to Utah and attended Utah Valley State College (now Utah Valley University) on the Governor’s Vocational Scholarship, where he earned an Associate’s degree. Devon then transferred to Brigham Young University where he earned a B.S. in Business Management from the Marriott School of Management in 1997.
Utilizing his business management skills, Devon has worked for several years as a controller, accountant, and office manager. He then returned to law school and earned a J.D. from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University in 2007.
Devon married Jessica Tolman of Mesa, Arizona in 1997 and they moved to the Valley of the Sun in 1998. They have three beautiful daughters, Grace, Jenna and Claire. Devon enjoys spending time with his family, playing golf and basketball, and snow and water skiing.
